Muse White is the cuvée of Recas Wineries dedicated to the days of truth! Grapes such as Fetească Regală (Royal Maiden) and Muscat Ottonel are chosen and picked at the right time to ensure aromatic intensity and perfect freshness. After picking the grapes at night, the wine is de-stemmed and fermented at a controlled temperature. Any unnecessary contact with oxygen is limited by using a film of dry ice. Thus, this white blend does not come into contact with oak or oxygen; instead, the wine is bottled immediately after stabilisation. The result is a white wine capable of conveying the character and purity of freshly picked grapes.
